The offline registration works the first time (online never works), Sound Forge opens, it's registered, and everything is wonderful. What else could I ask for? How about a registration that "sticks." ![]() After all, I have a valid serial number, a machine ID, and an authentication code. I have a card that came with Sound Forge that has the authentication code printed on it so you might think I don't need anything else. The web site alternate options don't work (none of them!), you don't have phone support for registrations, and you haven't responded to any of the numerous e-mails that I've sent you. I wouldn't mind so much if you (Sony) had a way to get it registered but you don't. I've used Sonic Foundry and Sony products for years and have quite a collection, but I'm unable to register Sound Forge 9 even though I've had it registered before.
